Tier 2 rollout — devices, lifecycle, accessibility
Account & licensing
- 1 active session per license. Signing in on a new registered device ends your previous session.
- Max 3 registered devices per license. A new "Registered devices" card in Settings lets you un-register any device you no longer use.
- Account self-deletion. Settings now has a Delete account section that tears down your workspace and cancels billing.

Pricing
- Basic — $49/mo · 3-day free trial. Core editor with all 18 sections, standard wizard, encrypted save, polished PDF export.
- Pro — $89/mo · 3-day free trial. Everything in Basic plus Total Customization, the PCP Interview guided wizard, Provider Details direct plug-in, advanced editor features, two-factor auth + audit log, priority support.
- Ultimate — kept invisible on the public site; available for orgs that need multi-seat / API / white-glove onboarding.
Referral-only signup
- New accounts require an invite code at sign-up.
- Every member auto-issued one personal 8-character referral code with 5 invites. Trainers get unlimited.
- Share your invite code from Settings → "Invite friends & colleagues".
Editor improvements
- Goal Frequency and Cost / Budget fields removed from goal cards (always confusing, rarely used).
- Goal Resources now split Services Location / Vendor Details / Center Location (conditional) for cleaner data entry.
- Goal resources gained Vendor Address + Mileage with a Google Maps "Lookup" helper.
- New Goal Reorder mini-view above the Goals list — two-column drag-to-reorder, ported from the legacy editor.
